With this appointment time, we can focus on ONE muscle group and come up with a treatment plan for further appointments.

With this appointment time, we can focus on several muscle groups OR a brief touch up of all muscle groups.

With 90 minutes, we can focus on several muscle groups AND have enough time for a brief touch up of all muscle groups.

This service starts out with a 10 minute sauna session and includes deep tissue massage, cupping, gua sha, and stretching.

Please wear appropriate clothing/ undergarments as there will be lots of movement.

Here's how it works:

•  You choose your amount of time (30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 minutes)
• You choose the frequency of your massages (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly) 
• You receive free Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Gua-Sha, and Cupping Therapy, as well as Infrared Sauna discounts
• Any additional massage or gift certificates can be purchased at your membership price
• Any unused massages will carry over and never expire
• Cancel anytime
• Memberships can NOT be shared with family and friends

 This membership includes:

• UNLIMITED access to our Infrared Sauna (during office hours)

 This membership includes:

• One sauna session per month of your chosen time increment.
• Memberships are month to month after first month and can be cancelled at anytime with a written 30 days notice to avoid another draft.
• Sessions not used will be carried over to the next month.
